1. the deal & limits
by uploading files to nullhost, you agree to these simple rules. the maximum allowed file size is 10 gb per upload. files over 20 mb are automatically sliced into 25 mb chunks in your browser for reliable transmission through cloudflare tunnels. if you don't agree to these rules, please don't use the site.

2. your files, your responsibility
you own whatever you upload. however, we are just a dumb pipe. we don't actively monitor what gets uploaded, but if we receive a valid legal complaint or notice, we will delete the file. we reserve the right to remove any file if we absolutely have to.

3. no promises
nullhost is provided as-is. we do our best to keep things running, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be up, or that your files will be perfectly safe. please don't use us as your only backup for important stuff.

4. liability
if something breaks, your file gets lost, or someone downloads your public file, that's not on us. we are not responsible for any damages caused by using this free service.

5. link reuse risk
nullhost generates short codes for sharing links. while rare, there is a small possibility of link code reuse or recycling after an item expires or is deleted (or after a 7-day cooldown for removed items). do not assume shortcodes are permanently reserved unless active.
